James Feng came to Canada in 1958 to attend McGill University on a scholarship. Two years later, James received a Master’s degree in law. He was finally admitted to the Bar of Quebec in 1968, the first Chinese Canadian to do so. Throughout his career, Mr. Feng practised law in Montreal as a general practitioner. Mr. Feng was very involved with the Chinese Canadian community in Montreal.
