Interview with Mary Eberts

Mary Eberts received her BA and LL.B. from the University of Western Ontario, and her LL.M. from the Harvard Law School.  Mary is a co-founder of the Women’s Legal Education and Action Fund (LEAF), and was lead counsel in the Head Tax Redress class action law suit. Recognition for her work includes the Governor General’s Award in Honour of the Persons Case and the Law Society of Upper Canada Medal.
