Susan Eng was one of the key strategists behind the successful campaign for Head Tax Redress, especially during the final years of the campaign leading up to the historic Parliamentary Apology in 2006. As co-chair of the Ontario Coalition of Chinese Head Tax Payers and Families, Susan convinced VIA Rail to sponsor the “Redress Express”. At present, Susan is Vice President of Advocacy for CARP.
